These terms apply to cleaning and related services provided by Clean It All UK.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us; the final price may be adjusted if the work required differs materially from what was described.

Bookings and access

When you book, please ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access, a charge may apply.

Our work

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, using appropriate methods and products. Where a result depends on the age or condition of materials, we will advise you honestly at the quote stage.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Commercial work may be invoiced with agreed payment terms.

Liability

We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
